Return & Refund Policy

At KIRAN ENTERPRISES, we aim to provide you with the best quality electrical products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our hassle-free return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and invoices.
  • Certain products like customized items, clearance stock, or perishable goods (if any) are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support at E-mail.ID – support@kiranshop.in within the return period.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return pickup or courier process.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we will offer a free replacement (subject to availability). If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Important Notes

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling will not be eligible for a return/refund.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, customers need to provide valid bank account details for refund processing.
